  Pollo loco blistered my lip it was so spicy. Manager refused to remake without charging for a second order all together. The managers lack of caring and disregard for my satisfaction is the reason for this 1 star experience. People that showed up after us were served before us. By the time our food was brought to us it was room temperature. Manager argued with us about our poor experience making us out to be wrong. Managers name is Estella. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and my fiance. This will be our last visit to this establishment.

  I, my mother and niece went to the New Hope Rd. location on Sat Feb 4 2017 about 2:30pm. We were very impressed with the entire experience. The outside architecture was beautiful, especially the doors and fountain. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeting with a charismatic gentleman named Eduardo and seated. He was a joy to be around. He never made us wait for refills on our drinks, food, or the check. My mother and I got the buffet and my niece got chicken tenders. I had a little bit of everything off the bar and everything I ate was delicious. The chicken with queso, broccoli, carrots, peppers onions mushrooms and zucchini was out of this world yummy. We have a Mexican joint in the town we live and the food quality there is dog food compared to Los Arcos. The bill came and we were even more pleasantly surprised to see that it was on $25 and some change. Definitely a new favorite on the Mexican restaurant list.

  Today 2/4/2017. The service was a disaster, the waitress was very unprofessional to us. Her service really sucked. But for the most of the time we enjoy ourselves and the wait staff is great. Just so happen I picked the wrong day and wrong waitress. The food is awesome every single time we come.. But hey one bad apple won't stop us from.coming back of course!!! As for a couple of the wait staff over on 321.... Carlos and Maria you two Rock that place and the service.......
