  Walk in and it's pretty messy on the floors even the booths.. it takes a while on our food and drinks the food wasn't prepared the way I asked and my fiance's plate had a hair, the manager is the one who brought the food to the table and seen it wasn't right but dropped it off anyway, my fiance asked to speak with him and he had a tone like we were the problem he apologized and walked off never introduced himself to us or used any type of hospitality.. the server had to ask him if he would take care of it for us.. it was a huge disappointment.. I haven't been that angry after leaving a restaurant in awhile

  Reason being for one one star. My husband and I received a gift card at Christmas time. Tonight is our date night that we rarely get. A 30 minute wait and half the dining room is dirty and clean is unacceptable! Management needs to step it up or step down! We left because the appearance of the dining room. Apparently there is no team work at this restaurant! We want good service when we go out to eat.....that's not too much to ask for.

  I was not impressed. Our waitress was'nt very good at her job for one. Some of the food was overcooked. They froze us on a day it snowed and never turned the air down or anything, when we asked my three year was shivering. They took an 1 1/2 to serve us our food. There was pee in a puddle in the bathroom floor.

  What happened to the fajitas? Was so disappointed the steak was tough, no flavor and cut into big chunks also the fajitas shells were all stuck together and fell apart when pulled a part. Took 20 minutes for our waitress to greet us! The last 2 visits were pretty disappointing, will not be returning!!!
